Donald T. Krom, Jr., Principal

Mr. Krom has over 23 years of financial, administrative and engineering experience. He was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of United American Energy Corp. and held a variety of increasingly responsible positions in development, finance and administration dating back to his joining United American Energy Corp. in its infancy in 1984.

Mr. Krom is a Director of ISE Corporation and was a Director of American Ref-Fuel Company from April 2001 to December 2003. Mr. Krom holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master of Business Administration from Pace University.
