Joseph L. Polselli, Jr., Director

Joseph L. Polselli, Jr. CFA, is Treasurer and Director – Financial Analysis for the Sponsor.  He has 12 years of experience in the power and chemical process industries as engineer, business developer and financial analyst.  He was at United American Energy Co. for 7 years and in his last position with UAE, served as their Director of Financial Management.  Mr. Polselli played a key role in all of the large acquisition and divestitures, as well as in all of the equity and debt security sales, accomplished by UAE during his tenure.

Prior to joining UAE in December 1996, he was employed by Covanta Energy, and earlier he worked as a Chemical Process Engineer for John Brown, Inc. and as an Environmental Engineer for the State of Rhode Island.

Mr. Polselli graduated from the University of Rochester with a BS in Chemical Engineering, earned a MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, is a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
