Stephen P. Strait, Principal

Mr. Strait has over 23 years of operations and financial experience. He was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of United American Energy Corp. and held a variety of increasingly responsible positions in all aspects of operations He was also an officer and Director in United American Energy Corp.’s operating subsidiaries.

Prior to 1987, he was a chief engineer responsible for the shipyard overhaul of nuclear power plants. Mr. Strait is a Director of ISE Corporation. Mr. Strait holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
